Low Iron Glass

PHOENIX Low Iron glass is an ultra-clear glass also known as crystal clear glass and high-transparent glass. It is a kind of ultra-transparent low iron glass with higher transparency, better transmittance and smoother surface. Because it is more transparent, it is widely used in the panel of electronic products such as photocopier scanners, display cabinets, aquariums and so on. Low Iron glass is also one of the raw materials of tempered and laminated glass.

Reflective Glass

PHOENIX Reflective Glass is a solar control glass that has been carefully designed to meet the twin requirements of architects-the functional and the aesthetic. It refers to a special glass that is coated with one or more layers of a metal alloy or metal compound film to change the optical properties of the glass to meet different functional requirements. It is produced using CVD technology (chemical vapor deposition) that creates a perfectly uniform layer of metal oxide chemically bonded to the surface of the glass. The coating imparts a "mirror-like" facade to the reflective glass, giving it visual appeal while providing functional benefits like solar control and glare reduction. It can be cut, bent, tempered, heat strengthened and laminated without affecting the coating.

Tinted Glass

PHOENIX Tinted Glass is produced by the float process with the addition of small quantities of metal oxides to color the normal clear glass mix. This coloration is achieved through adding metal oxides at the smelting stage. Addition of color does not affect the basic properties of the glass, even though visible light reflectance will be slightly higher than clear glass.
