APPLICATION

Insulated Glass is widely used for Windows and Doors, Facades and Curtain Walls, Refrigerator as well as exterior glass decoration: heating, air conditioning, noise blocking, condensation, and buildings that require no direct sunlight and special light sources. It is widely used in residential hotel, office buildings, schools, hospitals. shops. etc Not only that but insulated glass can also be used for doors and windows on trains and cars, ships, freezer cabinets, etc. It is possible to reach the laboratory standard with vacuum double-layer tempered glass!

The unique structure of the insulated glass and the heat insulating effect of the hollow space layer effectively reduce the heat transfer coefficient and have excellent energy saving characteristics. Therefore, to extend the life of the insulated glass and improve the energy saving effect.

The following parameter values are needed for the quoted price of insulated glass - Transmittance, reflectivity, shading coefficient, visual shading coefficient, selection coefficient and heat transfer coefficient Specifications and sizes can be customized according to customers' requirements.

FEATURES:

(1) Insulation

The thermal insulation properties of the insulating glass are mainly its thermal insulation of the gas interlayer, so that the temperature difference between the two sides is close to or even exceeds 10 'C. This is because the gas in the interlayer is in a closed space. the gas does not convect. thus. convective heat transfer and conduction heat transfer account for only a small proportion of the energy transfer of the hollow glass. This effect in tum varies with the wind speed of the glass surface and the radiation of the glass surface. Insulated glass is the use of gas interlayers with a large thermal resistance. especially the formation of an air interlayer that does not cause convection. so that the energy exchange between the indoor and outdoor is greatly reduced, and significant heat insulation effect can be obtained

(2) Heat preservation

Insulation of insulated glass means reducing indoor heat through its outdoor area during the winter. and the smaller the thermal resistance. the better the thermal insulation performance.

If the glass is coated with a low-emission film, the radiation emissivity can be reduced to 0.1. and in winter, the heat radiated from the room will be reduced to provide better insulation. If the two inner surfaces of the insulated glass are respectively coated with a sunshade film and a low-radiation film, the hot sun is blocked in summer, in winter, the heat in the room is prevented from being lost. In winter. the temperature in the room is prevented from being lost. and the indoor warm winter and cool summer is achieved

(3) Anti-condensation & Reducing Cold Radiation

Inside the insulated glass. there is a desiccant that can absorb water molecules. and the gas is dry. when the temperature is lowered. condensation does not occur inside the insulated glass and the dew point temperature of the outer surface of the glass also rises. This is the biggest difference between insulated glass and double glass

Laminated Glass

PHOENIX Laminated Glass is a kind of safety glass produced with a film or multilayer films that are bonded together between ordinary glass sheets and then pressed together. It is made by good quality adhesive interlayer and advanced bond technology. This makes the complete adhesion of the vinyl and the glass in the event of breakage the glass fragments remain bonded to the plastic interlayer. Laminated glass contains annealed laminated glass and tempered laminated glass. Different colors and thicknesses of the monolithic glass and the PVB interlayer film will give different performance of the laminated glass.

Tempered Glass

Tempered Glass is a kind of prestressed glass. Through physical or chemical methods, uniform compressive stress is formed on the surface of the glass and tensile stress is formed inside. It is the presence of such steel stress that can effectively organize the microcrack propagation on the glass surface, so that the tempered glass has high mechanical strength good thermal stability and safety performance.

Bending Glass

PHOENIX Bending Glass, also called curved glass, is processed into a softening point by a specific mold and equipment and is rapidly and uniformly cooled by cold air. The tempered glass forms a uniform compressive stress on the surface and the internal tensile stress is formed, which effectively improves the glass. The glass has four times the bending and impact resistance of the glass. When it is broken, it splits into small particles that are uniform and have no splitting mouth and are not easy to injure.
